Information - Due to a major support incident, several systems and services will be unavailable on March 14, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Affected Systems and Impact:

  • I04 and all related services:
    • UCC Portal – unavailable
    • Ticket system – please use email instead
    • Password reset – please use email instead
    • Client reset – please reschedule for another time
    • Curriculum download – unavailable
  • SAP Router:
    • The old SAP Router will not be available during this time. Please use the new SAP Router instead (see email from March 5, 2025).
